What wedo best
Greater Star is a digital agency that brings strategy, design and development together under one roof. We build websites, e-commerce platforms and web applications for companies that want more than a good-looking site — we build digital platforms that create real business value. As a web agency we take responsibility for the whole chain: research and concept, interface and content, engineering, launch and ongoing maintenance.
Our services cover web development, design and UX, search engine optimisation, e-commerce, AI solutions, support and maintenance, plus hosting and operations. Most engagements start with one or two of these areas and grow from there — because the team that built the solution is the team that keeps developing it. How we work
We start with the business. Who should the site reach, what should they do there, and what stops them today? We review the current situation, the goals and the technical prerequisites before a single pixel is drawn. That way the decisions later in the project rest on something other than taste.
Next we shape structure and interface. We work with wireframes and interactive prototypes so flows can be tested early, while changes are still cheap. Design and content evolve in parallel — copy is part of the interface, not something poured in afterwards.
In the build phase we work in short iterations with continuous check-ins. Performance, accessibility and technical SEO are built into the work instead of bolted on at the end. You get access to a staging environment throughout the project and can follow progress week by week.
After launch the work continues. We measure how the solution is used, prioritise improvements together with you and keep the platform updated and secure. Maintenance can run continuously or within an SLA agreement, depending on how business-critical the solution is.
Questions about our services
What does a web project cost?
The price depends on scope: a focused campaign site is a very different commitment from an e-commerce platform integrated with a business system. We always quote after a first conversation covering goals, features and timeline, so you can see what each part costs before deciding.
How long does a project take?
Smaller websites usually take a few weeks, while larger platforms and e-commerce projects run over several months. The timeline is set together at the start and we work in stages, so you see results continuously rather than only at launch.
Do you work with existing websites?
Yes. A large share of our work is improving what already exists — performance tuning, technical SEO, redesign of individual flows, new features or migration to a new platform. We start with a review of code, content and analytics, then propose actions in priority order.
Do we own the code and content?
Yes. You own what we build for you, including source code, design and content. We work with established platforms and open standards so you are not locked in with us — you should be able to take the solution elsewhere and keep running it.
