01

Web Development & Projects

How long does a typical web project take?+

A standard corporate website (5–15 pages with CMS) takes 4–6 weeks. More complex projects like e-commerce platforms, multilingual sites, or custom web applications typically require 8–16 weeks. Our process covers discovery, design, development, testing, and launch — all run agile so you see weekly progress. Rush projects are possible for simpler sites, but we always recommend enough time for proper QA and SEO.

What technologies and frameworks do you use?+

We choose technology per project: WordPress, Drupal, or headless CMS (Contentful) for content sites; Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento for e-commerce. Frontend is React, Next.js and TypeScript. Backend runs on Node.js, Laravel, Symfony, PHP or .NET C#. We help set up hosting on AWS, Google Cloud or Vercel — choosing the right fit for each project. Every choice is guided by performance, scalability, and your team's ability to manage the solution long-term.

What does the development process look like step by step?+

Six phases: Discovery & strategy (1–2 weeks), design & prototyping in Figma (2–3 weeks), development with weekly demos (3–8 weeks), content & integrations (1–2 weeks), testing & QA across devices (1–2 weeks), and launch with post-launch monitoring. You approve designs before code is written, and every project includes 30 days of complimentary post-launch support for questions, guidance, and minor adjustments — not additional development.

What do you need from us to get started?+

A clear picture of your goals, who the site is for, and what a successful outcome looks like in numbers. Practically we need brand assets, access to your current site, domain and analytics, plus one decision-maker who can approve design and content. Content is usually the bottleneck, so we agree early on who writes what. If you prefer, we handle copy and images ourselves — that keeps the timeline predictable.

What happens after launch — can we update the site ourselves?+

Yes. You get an editable CMS, a short handover session and written documentation for the parts you will use most: pages, images, blog posts and SEO fields. Every project includes 30 days of complimentary post-launch support for questions, guidance and minor adjustments. Beyond that we offer maintenance agreements with defined response times, or you can simply reach out when something comes up.

02

CMS & Platforms

What CMS platforms do you work with and how do I choose the right one?+

We work with WordPress (ideal for blogs and corporate sites), Drupal (complex enterprise architectures), Shopify (fastest path to e-commerce), and headless solutions like Contentful for omnichannel content delivery. During our discovery phase we evaluate your content needs, budget, team skills, and growth plans to recommend the platform that best balances functionality, ease of use, and scalability.

What is a headless CMS and should I use one?+

A headless CMS separates content management from the frontend, delivering content via APIs to websites, apps, and other channels. Benefits include better performance, stronger security, and true omnichannel flexibility. It's ideal if you deliver content across multiple platforms or need high performance with custom design. For simpler single-channel sites, a traditional CMS like WordPress is often more practical and cost-effective.

Can you migrate my existing website to a new platform?+

Yes, migration is one of our specialties. We handle everything from content inventory and URL mapping to 301 redirects, metadata preservation, and structured data transfer — all tested in a staging environment before going live. Post-migration we monitor rankings, crawl errors, and traffic for 4–8 weeks. The most critical part is SEO preservation — a poorly executed migration can lose years of search engine trust overnight.

Which e-commerce platform should we choose — Shopify or WooCommerce?+

Shopify suits teams that want fast time to market, predictable hosting and low technical maintenance. WooCommerce suits businesses that already run WordPress, need unusual pricing or product logic, or want full control over the code. We weigh transaction fees, integrations with your ERP or accounting system, catalogue size and internal skills before recommending one. Migrating later is possible but always costs more than choosing right the first time.

Can you integrate the site with our ERP, CRM or payment provider?+

Yes. We regularly integrate with business systems, CRMs, marketing automation, payment providers and shipping services via APIs or webhooks, with retries and logging so failed transfers are visible instead of silent. Where no API exists we build a middleware layer, and we always document the data flow so you know exactly what is sent, when, and what happens if an integration goes down.

03

SEO & Digital Visibility

What does your SEO service include?+

We cover technical SEO (Core Web Vitals, crawlability, structured data, hreflang), content strategy (keyword research, on-page optimization, content creation), and authority building (backlink strategy, digital PR, local SEO with Google Business Profile). You get monthly reports tracking rankings, organic traffic, and conversions. We optimize for both search engines and users — that's what delivers lasting results.

What is the difference between SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)?+

SEO focuses on ranking in traditional search results through keywords, backlinks, and technical health. GEO is a newer discipline focused on getting your content cited by AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews — it rewards authoritative, well-structured content with original data and clear answers. The best strategy in 2026 combines both. Traditional search still drives major traffic, but AI-mediated discovery is growing fast. We help clients succeed in both channels.

How long does it take to see results from SEO?+

Technical fixes can show results within 2–4 weeks. Content improvements typically take 3–6 months to gain traction, while competitive keywords may need 6–12 months. We usually see measurable traffic growth within 3–4 months. The key is consistency — SEO is an ongoing practice, not a one-time project. We provide monthly reports so you can track ROI throughout. Beware of anyone promising instant results or guaranteed #1 rankings.

How do we rank locally in Stockholm or Marbella?+

Local visibility rests on three things: a complete and actively maintained Google Business Profile, location-specific landing pages with genuinely local content, and consistent name, address and phone details across directories. We also work with local reviews, LocalBusiness structured data and links from regional sources. For businesses with several locations we build a page per location rather than one generic contact page.

How do you measure and report SEO results?+

We connect Google Search Console and privacy-friendly analytics, then report on impressions, clicks, average position, top pages, top queries and conversions — with month-over-month comparison so you see direction, not just numbers. Every report explains what changed, why, and what we recommend next. You keep full access to the data sources, so nothing is hidden behind our dashboard.

04

AI & Automation

How can AI improve my website and business?+

AI-powered chatbots can cut routine support tickets by 60–80% with 24/7 availability. Content personalization analyzes visitor behavior in real-time to dynamically adjust recommendations and CTAs, boosting engagement and conversions. For e-commerce, AI enables dynamic pricing, inventory forecasting, and fraud detection. We help you identify the highest-impact AI opportunities for your specific situation and integrate them into existing workflows. The key is starting with clear business goals rather than implementing AI for its own sake.

How should my business prepare for AI-driven search and discovery?+

Implement comprehensive Schema.org markup (Organization, Product, FAQ, Article) so AI systems understand your content's meaning. Create authoritative content with original insights, data, and expert perspectives — AI models prioritize depth over generic information. Maintain a well-structured FAQ, invest in brand reputation across reputable sources, and regularly monitor how AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity represent your brand. The shift from keyword-matching to question-answering is fundamental.

Can you help finish a project we started in an AI tool like Lovable, Claude Code or Codex?+

Yes — that is one of our most common assignments. We review the generated code, secure the database and access rules, fix performance and SEO issues, and take the project to a production-ready state. We can also port the project to your own hosting or another stack entirely. You keep the speed you gained from the AI prototype without inheriting the security and maintainability problems that often come with it.

Is it safe to put AI-generated code into production?+

Not without review. The most common issues we find are missing access rules on the database, secrets exposed in the frontend, unvalidated input, and duplicated logic that becomes expensive to maintain. Our audit covers authentication, authorisation, data exposure, dependency vulnerabilities and error handling. Once those are addressed, AI-generated code can absolutely run in production — it is the review step that makes the difference.

05

Pricing & Business

How much does a website cost?+

A professional corporate website (5–15 pages, CMS, SEO) typically costs 50,000–150,000 SEK. E-commerce ranges from 80,000–300,000 SEK depending on platform and complexity. Custom web applications start at 150,000 SEK and can exceed 500,000 SEK for enterprise solutions. We offer complimentary consultations with transparent, detailed estimates. Flexible payment options include milestone-based payments and monthly retainers. No hidden fees, no surprises.

Do you offer ongoing support and maintenance?+

Yes — our packages cover security updates, performance monitoring, Core Web Vitals tracking, automated backups, content updates, bug fixes with defined SLA response times, and monthly analytics reports with actionable recommendations. Packages range from basic maintenance to comprehensive support with SEO monitoring. Every client receives 30 days of complimentary post-launch support covering questions and guidance — development work requires a support agreement.

Do you work with international clients?+

Absolutely. We serve clients across Europe and globally, with strength in Scandinavian, UK, and DACH markets. Our team works in Swedish, English, and Spanish, with experience managing multilingual projects in 10+ languages. We handle time zone coordination, multilingual builds with hreflang and i18n, local SEO across markets, GDPR compliance, and multi-currency e-commerce. Our Stockholm and Marbella offices give us natural coverage across Northern and Southern Europe.

Who owns the code and the design when the project is finished?+

You do. On final payment you own the source code, the design files and the content we produced for you. The code is handed over in your own Git repository and hosting can be moved to a provider of your choice. We never lock clients into proprietary licences or accounts they cannot access. Third-party services such as a CMS plan, hosting or paid plugins remain subject to their own vendor terms.

How do you handle GDPR, data processing and cookies?+

We map what personal data the site collects, minimise it, and set up consent management so analytics and marketing scripts only load after the visitor agrees. Data processing agreements are signed where we handle data on your behalf. We prefer EU-hosted infrastructure and privacy-friendly analytics, and we document retention periods so your privacy policy reflects what the site actually does — not a generic template.

06

Design & User Experience

How do you approach web design and UX?+

Our process is research-driven: user personas, competitive analysis, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity Figma prototypes, and usability testing. We design mobile-first (60%+ of traffic is mobile), follow WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards, and focus on conversion-optimized layouts. Every element must serve a purpose. We balance visual richness with performance, using modern image formats and efficient animations. The goal is websites that look great and work as effective business tools.

What is the importance of website speed and Core Web Vitals?+

A 1-second delay in load time can reduce conversions by 7%. Google uses Core Web Vitals as a ranking factor: LCP (loading, target <2.5s), INP (responsiveness, target <200ms), and CLS (visual stability, target <0.1). Poor scores directly cost you customers and rankings. We optimize through modern image formats (WebP, AVIF), code splitting, lazy loading, server-side rendering, font optimization, and effective caching. We test on real devices and real network conditions — not just fast office connections.

How do you make sure the site is accessible (WCAG)?+

We build to WCAG 2.1 AA: semantic HTML, keyboard navigation with visible focus states, skip links, sufficient colour contrast, descriptive alt text, and correct ARIA only where native elements fall short. We test with keyboard, screen readers and automated audits before launch. For public-sector clients and larger companies we also document what has been tested and what remains, so you have evidence of compliance work.

Do we get a design system we can keep building on?+

Yes. Every project is delivered with reusable components, design tokens for colour, typography and spacing, plus documented states for buttons, forms and cards. That means new pages and campaigns can be produced without redesigning from scratch, and your internal team — or another agency — can continue the work without breaking the visual identity.
