Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 2026
A Greater Star Vision SL ("we"), a company incorporated under Spanish law with its registered seat in the province of Málaga, Spain, operates this website. This cookie policy describes how we use cookies and similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage, pixels, anti-abuse fingerprinting techniques) in accordance with Article 22 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), the GDPR and the guidance issued by the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD).
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text or data files stored on your device by the browser when you visit a website. They make it possible to remember choices, measure traffic and secure the services. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage to maintain your session.
2. Cookies we use
We use the following categories:
- Strictly necessary (no consent required under Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE)
Required for the website and its interactive features to function and for security and abuse prevention. Includes an anonymous visitor ID, session ID, language preference, consent state, CAPTCHA tokens and rate-limit counters used by the AI assistant, quizzes, the redesign tool, personalization and forms to remember your context during the visit. - Preferences
Save your settings, e.g. language, theme and previous choices. - Analytics (requires consent)
Third-party tools that measure traffic and behaviour in aggregate (e.g. Google Analytics, Matomo). Only activated if you consent. - Marketing (requires consent)
Used only with your explicit consent to measure campaigns or display relevant content.
3. Third-party cookies and international transfers
Some cookies are set by third-party providers (e.g. Google, Cloudflare, AI providers). We do not always have full control over these cookies and we refer you to the relevant provider’s own policy. Some providers may be based outside the EEA; transfers are then carried out in accordance with Chapter V GDPR.
4. Consent and withdrawal
Strictly necessary cookies are set without consent in accordance with Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE. All other cookies are only set after you give active consent via our cookie banner. You may at any time change or withdraw your consent by clearing cookies in your browser and reloading the page, which will display the banner again. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
5. Managing and blocking cookies
You may block, restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that some features – e.g. the AI assistant, the redesign tool and forms – may stop working in whole or in part if strictly necessary cookies are blocked. We accept no liability for loss of functionality resulting from cookies you have blocked or deleted.
6. Retention
Retention varies depending on the cookie. Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser. Persistent cookies are stored for the period specified by the respective provider and, as a rule, no longer than 24 months, after which consent is requested again.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law, we disclaim all liability for damages or loss of functionality arising from (a) third-party cookies or services, (b) cookies you have blocked or deleted, or (c) your browser or device not supporting the technologies we use.
8. Changes
We may update this cookie policy from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your visit.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
This cookie policy is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising in connection with this policy shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain, except where mandatory consumer protection rules apply.
