A Greater Star Vision SL ("we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated under Spanish law with its registered seat in the province of Málaga, Spain, operates this website and its related tools (the "Services"). We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPDGDD). By using the Services you acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy.

2. Personal Data We Process
We process: (a) data you submit voluntarily through forms, the AI assistant, quizzes, the redesign tool, the experience builder or any other interactive feature (e.g. name, email, phone, company, free-text input, uploaded URLs); (b) technical data automatically collected when you visit the site (IP address, user agent, device information, approximate location, referrer, pages visited, timestamps, session identifiers); (c) AI prompts, generated outputs and metadata associated with your sessions; (d) consent records (timestamp, IP, user agent, exact terms text accepted).
3. Purposes and Legal Basis
We process data to: respond to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – pre-contractual / contract); operate, secure and improve the Services and prevent abuse, fraud and rate-limit evasion (Art. 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest); comply with legal obligations including tax, accounting and proof of consent (Art. 6(1)(c)); send marketing or run analytics where you have given consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
4. AI Features and Generated Content
The Services include AI-powered features (assistant, redesign generator, content generator). Inputs you provide and outputs that are generated may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as Google, OpenAI or comparable processors) for the sole purpose of producing a response. AI-generated output is provided "as is" and for illustrative purposes only and may differ from any inputs (including logos, images, text and brand assets) in unpredictable ways. You confirm that you hold all necessary rights to any material you submit and you accept that any generated variation is created at your request and under your responsibility.
5. Recipients and Processors
Personal data may be shared with carefully selected processors strictly to operate the Services, including: hosting and database providers, email delivery providers, anti-abuse and CAPTCHA providers, analytics providers (only where consent is given) and AI model providers. Processors act under written data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.
6. International Transfers
Some processors are located outside the European Economic Area. Where this is the case, transfers are governed by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid transfer mechanism under Chapter V GDPR.
7. Retention
Personal data is kept only as long as required for the purposes set out above and to comply with legal obligations (typically up to 6 years for accounting records under Spanish Commercial Code). Consent records, contact submissions and AI session logs are retained for as long as necessary for evidentiary, security and audit purposes.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos – www.aepd.es).
9. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law, our liability arising out of or related to the use of the Services or this policy is limited to direct damages and shall in no event exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the relevant Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your visit.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the processing of personal data or the use of the Services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain, except where mandatory consumer protection rules grant you the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
