Testfakta

Independent product testing since 2001

Their test results reach millions of consumers through partnerships with major newspapers, TV channels, and online publications throughout Europe.

The Challenge

Testfakta needed a complete digital transformation. Their existing web presence was outdated, couldn't handle multilingual content across 10+ languages, and lacked a proper system for managing and presenting thousands of product test results. The certification platform needed to be modernized, and the entire content workflow required automation to handle the volume of tests being published weekly.

  • 01Legacy system unable to scale with growing international demand
  • 02Content needed to be managed in 10+ languages simultaneously
  • 03Thousands of test results needed structured, searchable presentation
  • 04Certification platform required modernization for B2B partners
  • 05Content workflow was manual and time-consuming, creating bottlenecks
  • 06Mobile experience was non-existent despite growing mobile traffic

Long-term Impact

The digital transformation fundamentally changed how Testfakta operates as a business. What was once a print-centric organization constrained by manual workflows became an agile, digital-first operation capable of serving international markets at scale. The new platform didn't just improve efficiency — it opened entirely new revenue streams and market opportunities.

Testfakta expanded from primarily serving the Swedish market to operating across more than 10 countries, with each market receiving localized content that meets local regulatory and consumer expectations. This international expansion was only possible because of the scalable multilingual architecture we built.

The automated content pipeline eliminated the bottleneck that had previously limited publication frequency. Editorial teams now focus on content quality rather than manual formatting and translation coordination, resulting in both higher output volume and improved content standards.

The certification platform became a significant revenue driver, transforming what was previously a manual, paper-based process into a streamlined digital service that manufacturers actively seek out. The platform's credibility and ease of use attracted new B2B clients who had previously been deterred by the cumbersome certification process.
